Cancellation policy

Cancellation Policy

This Cancellation Policy governs purchases made via our store where products are offered on a subscription, pre-order, or try before you buy basis. By placing an order, you agree to the terms set out below. This policy should be read alongside our Returns Policy and does not affect your statutory rights.

1. Subscriptions

1.1 Agreement
By purchasing a subscription, you enter into an ongoing contract for the supply of goods at the frequency and duration selected at checkout.

1.2 Payment Authority
You authorise us to store your payment details securely and to charge all recurring payments due under the subscription, unless payment is made in advance.

1.3 Auto-Renewal
Where stated at the time of purchase, subscriptions will automatically renew for successive periods of the same duration unless cancelled prior to the renewal date.

1.4 Cancellation and Changes

  • You may cancel or amend your subscription at any time via your order confirmation link or by contacting us.
  • Cancellation will take effect from the next billing cycle, provided notice is received before payment is processed.
  • Payments already taken are non-refundable except as required by law or as set out in our Returns Policy.

2. Pre-Orders

2.1 Nature of Pre-Order
A pre-order is an order for goods not yet available for immediate dispatch.

2.2 Payment Terms
We may charge no payment, a deposit, or the full price at checkout. Where applicable, you authorise us to store your payment details and to charge any outstanding balance at the point of dispatch.

2.3 Cancellation

  • You may cancel a pre-order at any time prior to dispatch for a full refund of any sums paid.
  • Once dispatched, the order cannot be cancelled and will be treated as a standard purchase, subject to our Returns Policy and applicable law.

3. Try Before You Buy

3.1 Authorisation
By placing an order, you authorise us to place a pre-authorisation hold on your payment method for the full value of the goods.

3.2 Trial Period
The applicable trial period will be specified at the time of purchase.

3.3 Customer Obligations

  • You must return the goods within the trial period if you do not wish to purchase them.
  • Goods must be returned in accordance with our Returns Policy and in a condition consistent with reasonable handling.

3.4 Failure to Return
If the goods are not returned within the trial period, you irrevocably authorise us to capture full payment without further notice.

4. General

4.1 Statutory Rights
Nothing in this policy limits or excludes your rights under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, the Consumer Rights Act 2015, or any other applicable law.

4.2 Amendments
We reserve the right to amend this policy at any time. Any amendments will apply to orders placed after the revised policy is published.

4.3 Interpretation
In the event of any conflict between this policy and our Returns Policy, this policy shall take precedence in relation to subscription, pre-order, and try before you buy arrangements.
