We chose to brew a beer that reflects the laid back Cornish lifestyle, good times with friends and not taking ourselves too seriously. Sticking to that theme we kept it simple and brewed a smooth golden beer; using hand picked whole hop flowers, the finest English pale and crystal malts combined with a careful ageing process to develop a lager that is easy drinking and as far removed from your traditional mainstream lagers as possible.
